I hope the start back to school has been smooth and joyous. It’s been a mixed bag in my house, be we’re generally all grateful to be healthy and to have safe spaces to go.
The transition from Summer to Autumn is a chaotic time and occasionally our bodies pay the price: allergies, headaches, joint ache all are common this time of year. So, in our workouts it’s beneficial to appreciate the craziness and respond accordingly. At NLTN Autumn represents a time to start slowing down, going inward and bringing self-care and maintenance to the forefront. It doesn’t mean we don’t push ourselves or work, it just means we recognize the strains of the outside world and respond accordingly as needed.
