  • Consultation

First, it’s important that we get clarity on your health and fitness goals so you and we are clear about the primary steps needed to take action and see results.

 

  • Assessment

Based on our Five Fundamental Movement Patterns (Breathe, Get Down, Pick Up, Reach, Support) follow your coach through exercises that will identify any imbalances, compensation patterns, and weaknesses that could inhibit your success.

 

  • Natural Movement Fitness Training

Now that you know what you want and where you’re starting, follow you coach though exercises designed uniquely for you to reach your goals in the shortest time possible with the least necessary risk.

 

  • Trigger point self-massage

Take advantage of the expertise of our coaching staff to educate yourself on using foam rollers and therapy balls to increase flexibility, enhance movement quality, and decrease pain safely and effectively.
