Because personal training isn’t for everyone, but we all like a little motivation, NLTN offers Functional Fitness Classes with drop-in, 10-pass, and 20-pass options.

Natural movement is, at its core, about navigating one’s environment efficiently and with ease. The main skills of getting up and down, supporting ones body weight through motions such as crawling on the ground, breathing properly, picking up objects, and reaching overhead are inherent in daily living for every person.

These classes are designed to develop your fitness using principles and elements of natural movement.  Train your bodyweight, use dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, 2x4s, and more to get strong, fit, and flexible.
